Lets try restarting the Bluebeam PDF Printer. Open the Application Bluebeam Administrator.
Click windows start button and search for Bluebeam Administrator.
Once opened hit printer, then choose 'Restart'. Let me know if that brings Bluebeam PDF printing back online.
