1. Save any work and sign out of all instances of Revu 21, Bluebeam Cloud, and/or Studio, including instances on other devices. This will prevent any communication errors from occurring.
  2. Go to the Bluebeam services page for your server region: US account
  3. Enter your BBID email address ( Old email address ) and select Next.
  4. Reenter your email address, enter your BBID password, and select Sign In.
  5. Under Email, select Change.
  6. Enter a new email address and select Save.
  7. In your Inbox, open the validation email and select Change My Bluebeam ID.
