Only works on Studio Session and not a Studio Project then you as the host can actually recover it by doing the following:

  1. Sign out of Studio
  2. Go to studio.bluebeam.com
  3. Sign in with their Bluebeam® ID (BBID)
  4. From My Sessions, click the Session containing the documents that need to be recovered
  5. Click on the Documents tab, and find the name or Document ID of the file you want to recover
  6. Under the Status column, the document will be listed as either Active or Deleted. Click on the name of the deleted document
  7. Click Recover. The status of the document changes to Active
  8. Open Revu® and sign into Studio

Note: If the Session is not in the US region, make sure the correct URL is used for Bluebeam Studio. Let me know if this helps!
