Right click on Newton and go to 'Printer Preferences'...the HP window with sizes and such, NOT the driver window. When the Printer Preferences window opens, do NOTHING except click OK. That will write the preferences to user folder and everything should work from then on.
This was caused by the Windows 1709 Fall Creators Update and doesn't allow for writing print prefs to user folder. We are waiting on a patch from Microsoft. I do have access to a BETA driver from HP that resolves the issue, but I hesitate to use BETA drivers in working environments.
